Research: Pathogenesis and neuropharmacology of neuroimmune system disorders such as chronic pain and rheumatoid arthritis, and pharmacological research on Chinese medicine for rheumatic immune diseases. This includes CRMP2-related proteins regulating neuroimmune cells and related pathways, mechanisms of chronic pain in rheumatic immune diseases, neuroimmune mechanisms in central and peripheral sensitization, and related TCM pharmacology. PI of one NSFC General Project, one NSFC Youth Project, and one Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation project. Author of more than 40 SCI papers, mainly in PAIN, Arthritis Research & Therapy, Communications Biology, Neurobiology of Disease, Molecular Neurobiology, and other leading international journals.
